This policy explains what information SuiteScanner (“we”, “us”), operated by Onhouse Technologies Pvt Ltd, collects when you use suitescanner.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Rate-request details you give us. When you submit the “check a hotel” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the hotel booking link(s) you paste so we can research and send you a trade rate.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymous, aggregated analytics — pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type — via Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs, including IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

2. How we use your information

• To research the hotels you asked about and send you a rate quote and follow-up.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, spam, or security issues.

We rely on your consent (for the rate request and for analytics cookies) and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure site usage. These load only after you click “Accept analytics” in our cookie banner. If you decline, analytics cookies are disabled and any already set are cleared. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, under their own privacy terms:

• Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4) and form processing (Google Workspace / Apps Script).
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep rate-request details only as long as needed to serve your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise them. Aggregated analytics are retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hq@suitescanner.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS everywhere, to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
