These Terms govern your use of suitescanner.com (the “Site”), operated by Onhouse Technologies Pvt Ltd (“SuiteScanner”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting a rate request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What SuiteScanner is

SuiteScanner is an independent hotel trade-rate service. You send us a hotel and dates; we research the wholesale/trade rate available for the same room and dates and send you a quote. We are not the hotel, and we are not a public online travel agency. We do not display or sell public retail bookings on this Site.

2. Rate quotes are indicative

Trade rates are live and change constantly with availability, currency, and supplier terms. Any figure, example, or estimate on the Site or in a quote is indicative, not a guaranteed price, until a booking is confirmed. We do not promise a specific saving; the difference between a trade rate and a public rate varies by property, date, and market.

3. Submitting a request

To request a rate you must provide accurate contact details and a genuine hotel link. You agree not to submit false information or requests on behalf of others without authority. We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion.

4. Booking and payment

If you choose to proceed, the booking and any payment are completed through the relevant supplier or our confirmed booking process, subject to that supplier’s own terms, cancellation rules, and any applicable taxes or fees. Those terms — not these — govern the booking itself. Review them before you pay.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, amendment, and refund eligibility follow the rate and supplier terms disclosed at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund. We will tell you the applicable terms before you commit.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t scrape, copy, or resell our content or rates without written permission.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site.

7. Intellectual property

The SuiteScanner name, logo, site design, and written content are our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Hotel names and third-party brands referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, booking sites referenced in our guides). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and our content are provided “as is”. Our guides are general information, not legal, financial, or travel advice. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular rate will be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuiteScanner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any quote. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
